If you need any drainage work done the drainage will need to be priced out by a mason or a landscaper. If drainage is required, this will also require an inspection

Ground water:

To control the water we would dig a trench around the pool and lay gravel down with 1.5" flex pipe that will function as a conduit for the water to flow down to a pump which will begin to pull the ground water out from around your pool.

A well point installed during construction is not going to prevent ground water issues in the future, it is only to aid in construction and then give us the ability to pump the ground dry when replacing or repairing a line in the future.

If Groundwater is an issue onsite and the dirt becomes too saturated to lift in the bucket or transport, there will be an additional fee to move and dispose of it.

Minimum water charges for subsurface water are $2500.00. - Maximum is $4500.00 Depending on how extensive the work will be.

Additionals not Included:

  • • There must be an outlet between 6' – 20' from the pool, if you need one installed there will be an additional charge for this through the electrician
  • • If we hit a septic tank, old foundation, or any debris, you will be charged to pull it and dispose of it, same with Trees & tree stumps are additional
  • • Any additional stone or fill that is needed due to excavation conditions will be determined and priced on site. We do not grade out the entire rear property
  • • Patio & Coping to be completed by others
  • • Fence is the responsibility of the homeowner- if you have an existing fence, we will take sections down to get in, but we do not put them back up
